Hello and welcome!

My name is Tammy followed by an unpronounceable last name. No middle name. I really wish I had one. Maybe one day I will legally add it. I’ve played with a few. The one that lasted longest is Hila. I’ve also toyed with the idea of changing my name to Tamar. It sounds more grown up.

I am was an engineer by training, and after questioning my career since my second year as an undergrad, I decided to go back to school last fall to study psychology. My hope at the time was that a year and a half back in school would give me the space to find my dream job, but alas, that didn’t happen. So now I have another bachelor’s and am exploring what I want to do. While I’m very interested in organizational psychology, employee experience, and company culture from the lens of diversity, I’m not ready to tie myself down just yet, and I’m taking this opportunity to try things out in ways I haven’t been able to before.

This isn’t my first blog. If you want to check that out it’s all still up at this link. After a year and of half of letting the old blog lie dormant, I thought it was time for a fresh start.

This blog will cover my random musings which usually include a wide range of toppings topics (these word-fails have been happening a lot more lately…yikes!). Hopefully, something that I write interests you. And if that’s the case, please consider following by clicking the button on the right.
